If you really think the stock is going to make a big move - and that should be the only reason you are buying the stock to begin with - then there is no reason to haggle over an eighth of a point. Just buy the stock.

"Hi i'm writing a script on Wealth Lab 5 .NET... the problem is that i'm French and Wealth Lab 5 .NET works only with Fidelity broker for the US resident... and i'm not do you know anybody developp an API to connect Wealth Lab 5 .NET with a european broker ? like Interactive broker, Activ Trades...
