This is Preferred (Slow) Oscillator created by Joe DiNapoli. Joe DiNapoli is a veteran trader with over 25 years of solid market trading experience. To get more information, please refer his book "Trading with DiNapoli Levels".
In common Stochastic Oscillators compare where a security's price closed relative to its price range over a given time period.
